According to a decree of the Council of Ministers (ΚΔΠ 184/2023), the obligation to submit an Individual Income Tax Return for the year 2023 applies to:
Employees,
Pensioners, and
Self-employed individuals
whose total gross income for the year 2023 exceeds €19,500 (nineteen thousand five hundred euros).
🗓 The deadline for timely submission of the Individual Income Tax Return for 2023 and payment of the due tax is July 31, 2024.
