Based on a Council of Ministers Decree (KDP 384/2024), the obligation to submit an Individual Income Tax Return for the Tax Year 2024 applies to employees, pensioners, and self-employed individuals whose gross income for the year 2024 exceeds €19,500 (nineteen thousand five hundred euros).
